Descaling

At a Republic Cement Group plant in Southeast Asia, G. Leonard Ltd was tasked with removing heavy material build-up inside a preheater tower operating under extreme heat.

The work involved confined spaces and complex structures, making manual cleaning slow, demanding, and hazardous.

A Brokk Descaler made it possible to carry out the work remotely across multiple sections, keeping operators out of high-temperature zones while speeding up the process and minimizing interruptions to production.
