The Brokk Descaler is an innovative addition to the Brokk range, originally developed to address the hazardous task of descaling preheater towers in the cement industry. This versatile machine has proven to be ideal for any vertical vessel in the processing industry. Evolved from the traditional Brokk robot, the Brokk Descaler features a telescopic boom that provides outstanding reach and remote-controlled maneuvering capabilities.
This powerful tool can remove hundreds of tons of overhead refractory material without any physical contact, significantly speeding up the process compared to manual methods. The Brokk Descaler is available in both single and twin versions, capable of handling descaling operations in vessels up to 9.5 meters in diameter. This cutting-edge solution enhances safety and efficiency in challenging environments, making it an indispensable asset for industrial maintenance.
